At Alif Moda, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the UK, USA, and Middle Eastern markets.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items (e.g., underwear, intimates, bespoke, or perishable goods) may not be returnable unless defective.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
3. Return Methods
a) Online Purchases
- Visit our Returns Portal or contact customer support.
- Complete the return request within 14 days of delivery.
- We will provide a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.
b) In-Store Purchases (if applicable)
Items can be returned to participating store locations within the specified return window, provided the original receipt is presented.
4. Refunds
- Returned items are inspected within 3–7 business days of receipt.
- If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- UK: Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.
- USA: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Middle East: Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the item received is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted if the item is returned in original condition.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- Defects or damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect orders.
7. International Orders
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
