1. Eligibility

2. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are subject to acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
• Pricing errors
• Stock issues
• Fraud suspicion

3. Pricing & Taxes

Prices may be shown in multiple currencies. VAT/GST will be applied where legally required (EU, UK, UAE, KSA, etc.). If VAT/GST is not displayed and not calculated in the final checkout price, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable tax, VAT, or GST.

Customers are responsible for customs duties unless otherwise stated.

4. Product Descriptions & Variations

• Product images are illustrative. Variations in color, print, or material may occur.
• Product images are representative only. Print designs, placement, and availability may vary based on material type, production batch, and stock levels.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Alif Moda and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
• Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or statutory consumer rights where exclusion is unlawful.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, strikes).

9. Governing Law

If you are:

• In the EU/UK → local consumer protection laws apply.
• In GCC → applicable local consumer law applies.
• In USA → applicable state and federal law apply.

For non-consumer disputes, governing law shall be of United Arab Emirates.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Parties will first attempt amicable resolution.
• Consumers retain rights to local courts under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
